Hotel overall was fine, my experience though was poor due to the failing to processing for our 10 month old child.
We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our central location and found our hotel clean. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by not having a crib ready upon your arrival, despite your prior requests. This oversight does not reflect our usual standards of service, and we understand how important it is for families traveling with young children to have these arrangements in place.
Your comments about staff follow-through are also noted, and we will address this internally to ensure better communication and execution moving forward. We strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere, so it's disappointing to learn that this aspect fell short during your visit.
Regarding your experience at the bar, we appreciate your feedback about both the menu options and staff friendliness; we'll work on enhancing this area as well.
