Bonjour nous séjournons régulièrement à l hotel Beau Rivage et avons toujours été satisfaits.
Seul bémol : une très mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain que nous avons signalée mais pas de solution.
Nous revenons en juin , nous avons réservé 2 chambres et souhaitons être côté patio.

Nous vous remercions sincèrement pour votre fidélité à l'Hôtel Beau Rivage et pour avoir pris le temps de partager vos impressions. Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez été globalement satisfait de vos séjours précédents.

Nous tenons à nous excuser pour l'inconvénient causé par la mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain lors de votre dernier séjour. Votre retour est précieux et nous allons veiller à ce que cette situation soit examinée avec attention afin d'apporter une solution adéquate avant votre prochaine visite.

Excellent staff and service. Hotel rooms in need of refurbishment as seem dated.

Very loud srroundings. Therefore bad sleep. Old hotel that needds immediate renovation.

Nous devons rester 3 nuits et avons finalement été obligés d’écourter notre séjour. Ils ont été très compréhensifs et chaleureux.

Nous vous remercions sincèrement d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience suite à votre séjour dans notre établissement. Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que notre équipe a su faire preuve de compréhension et de chaleur face à l'écourtement de votre séjour.

Nous sommes également heureux que vous ayez apprécié notre localisation ainsi que la qualité de nos services, y compris l’accueil chaleureux que nous nous efforçons d’offrir à tous nos clients. Vos commentaires positifs concernant la luminosité et le calme de votre chambre au 5ème étage sont très appréciés.

Cependant, nous avons bien noté votre remarque concernant la douche baignoire et les problèmes d'étanchéité. Soyez assurée que nous prenons ce retour très au sérieux et que des mesures seront prises pour résoudre ce problème afin d'améliorer le confort de nos futurs clients.

Room was not that comfortable because no heating at night making it feel cold and damp. Unpleasant order in bathroom from pipes

Great service from the staff in the reception!
Rooms are old, noisy and some things weren't working (like the toilet door).
Staff on the beach (especially one woman) were not very friendly and should not be working within hospitality.

Hotel location great, apart from that we where extremely let down and wouldn’t recommend or visit ever again
