La suite était très grande, confortable mais trop de petits détails ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.

Conforme à ce nous attendons d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. Juste deux petites remarques : 1) Au niveau du portail d'entrée, vous devriez indiquez clairement qu'il s'agit d'une entrée commune de l'hôtel et de la maison de retraite - Pour notre part, nous avons hésiter à rentrer 2) Mettre à jour la carte des vins notamment au niveau des millésimes - J'ai commandé un vin avec une année précise et le serveur m'a présenté un autre millésime - ce n'est pas très professionnel à ce niveau la

Buena. La falta de personal que hablara español condicionó nuestra experiencia. Creo que un paisajista mejoraría sustancialmente el entorno.

We had a great stay in a beautiful location. We will come back using the hotel as basecamp for daily excursions in the Loire valley

Bonne, le petit dej assez moyen, et il faudrait étendre la carte, on ne peut dîner qu’une ou deux fois ( les plats étaient très bons cela dit)

The reception and room were good. I do have critique on the breakfast and the whole handling in that area and I do understand it was prime time (0900).
The lady didn't speak english very well, gave my room number, she marked it, walked away looking for a table and didn't show up. So we waited a few minutes and eventually asked another person on the floor , he took a glanze at the room and mumbled something about no table. I pointed at a table which needed cleaning and at that time the lady also came back and started cleaning the table. Well at least half of it and left with some disches etc. We took our seat at a dirty table still filled with dirty dishes and cups and was like 'ok thats not really polite but at least we got a seat'. Then i stepped up to get some food, that was the goal, although most of the food was already gone, so I scraped some eggs from the bottom of the hot pan and some tough bacon.
After that I was like 'ok no croissants, chocolate buns, then I will settle with some yoghurt and nuts'. Also for that there were no bowls and other people around me also got annoyed by the really limited breakfast items available. I really think for a hotel with the amount of stars you have you really must step up your game. Most of the time breakfast is the last thing before you leave and for us that was not pleasant.
