Loved the location, and the venue.
Disappointed with the issue with the air con, and the staff response.
Also very disappointed in the staff, having been informed that we had to wait until 7.00pm for the restaurant to open, the staff continued their meeting in the restaurant area until 7.13pm.
Total lack of appreciation of the fact we had a child that was starving and used to eating
I would have liked someone to taken that information into account when thinking about the drinks charges upon checkout.
Small gestures make a huge difference to the customer, and cost the venue very little.
