The hotel looks nice and it well maintained.
We were very happy with the hotel location (close to the tram and the stadion).
You have a nice spa.
Please give the possibility to use bathrobes, slippers and towels at the spa.
But it is really important to keep higher cleaning standards. Our room was not clean, but also the rest of the hotel was not. The spa also was very dirty. We went there on our first night and the changing room was such dirty that I didn't want to get in there. Also the showers and the sauna were not clean. We didn't go there again, because I didn't feel comfortable about the cleanliness of it.
I would not recommend the hotel, since it was too dirty. If it was clean, I really would recommend it.
