Was a decent hotel for the cost .... spa area was nice ....... no billiard table as seen in the photos which was disappointing......
my room key wouldn’t work so I went to the front desk to get it fixed ...... meanwhile there was a bus full of people checking in ...... there was a front desk staff just leaning on the counter ....... doing nothing .... so I asked him if he could reswipe my key ...... he said no and that I had to wait in the huge lineup ...... meanwhile he did nothing to assist the young lady at the front desk ..... he just stood there and watched the young lady process everyone ......
