Bywam kilka razy do roku w tym hotelu przeważnie byłem zadowolony. Niestety tym razem kaskada niemiłych doświadczeń wyżej opisanych..

Bardzo podobał mi się empirowy styl , dogodne położenie hotelu oraz profesjonalny personel .

Leider war der Room-Service sehr schlecht. Jeden Morgen hat etwas gefehlt, benutzte Kaffeetassen nicht ersetzt, Kaffee nicht nachgelegt und Müll nicht entsorgt.

Das Hotel mit dem Spa Bereich macht einen guten Eindruck, allerdings möchte ich nicht noch einmal in so einem Bett übernachten.

Arrogant bartender.
Lack of help and goodwill.
He didn't accept the order.
He sent us to the room.
Unkind.
Outrageous behavior. The rest of the staff did not react also.
