The airco was broken, beds were lousy, bar was closed one night, in the restaurant / bar was 1 girl working who did her best but was so busy, she couldn't help that. In the area next to the restaurant was a darts event. No problem, but they had their own bar. They only took over the bar of the restaurant so the poor girl got more busy and having a nice dinner with my family was not possible anymore. The rest of the staff at the reception had no intension to help her while they had nothing to do. The next morning the reception was full of half empty beer glasses. It was not cleaned by the staff. Very dirty and unproffesional. When I checked out I asked for a reaction of the manager but I'm still waiting for that.

Definitely now what I expected from a 4 star hotel. They didn't offer anything to make your stay easier. When my friend who I stayed with in the room wanted to go back by herself, they were only able to let her in the room, because one room still hadn't checked in. She wasn't allowed to keep the spare key though. They only had as many keys as the rooms (not even sore ones for the hotel staff).
