The Diamante never disappoints. They are always updating, this time new rooms and a gym on the ground floor. I look forward to getting back there again soon

Słabo, jak na hotel 4*.... łazienka zaniedbana, zapach stęchlizny w pokoju... tylko gazowana woda do dyspozycji w pokoju, której nie lubię. W barku też nie było zwykłej wody niegazowanej. Nie chciałam w środku nocy schodzić na recepcję. Ciężko się odnaleźć na części, gdzie jest śniadanie. Personel, który obsługuje śniadania bez chęci do życia, niepomocny

Dziękujemy za pozostawienie opinii dotyczącej Pani ostatniego pobytu w Hotelu Diament Plaza w Gliwicach. Pani komentarze są dla nas bardzo ważne, ponieważ umożliwią nam poprawę poziomu świadczonych przez nas usług.
W sposób szczególny poruszył mnie Pani komentarz dotyczący łazienki. Przykro mi, iż nie zaspokoiliśmy Pani oczekiwań w tym zakresie.
Przepraszamy za niedogodność, jak spowodowała sytuacja z brakiem wody niegazowanej. Dziękuję przy tym za Pani opinię, która pomoże nam w udoskonaleniu wysokiego standardu usług, do którego dążymy.
Wzięliśmy pod uwagę również Pani uwagi na temat sali restauracyjnej. Mimo to, mamy nadzieję, że śniadanie spełniło Pani oczekiwania.

Doceniamy Pani ocenę i mamy nadzieję, że będziemy mieli okazję gościć Panią ponownie w Hotelu Diament Plaza w Gliwicach w najbliższej przyszłości.

Szanowna Pani Małgorzato,

Bardzo dziękuję za pozostawienie opinii po swoim ostatnim pobycie w Hotelu Diament Plaza w Gliwicach.

Cieszę się, że byliśmy w stanie spełnić Pani oczekiwania. Jest nam niezmiernie miło, że nasz personel sprawił, że Pani pobyt był rewelacyjny. Codziennie dokładamy wszelkich starań, aby nasi goście czuli się komfortowo. Pragnę przy tym zapewnić, że Pani komentarze pozwolą nam w jeszcze większym stopniu utrzymać wysoki poziom świadczonych usług.
