Hotel już „za stary”, w łazience czuć było chemiczny środek dezynfekujący jak w toaletach szkolnych 30 lat temu.

Szanowna Pani Moniko,

Dziękuję za pozostawienie opinii po ostatnim pobycie w Hotelu Diament Plaza w Gliwicach. Doceniam bardzo Pani opinię. Jednocześnie chciałabym przeprosić za niedogodności, jakie miały miejsce w trakcie Pani pobytu w naszym obiekcie.

Standardowo nasze pokoje są sprawdzane przed udostępnieniem gościom i sytuacja z plamą nie powinna mieć miejsca. Pragnę zatem przeprosić Panią za nasze przeoczenie. Dopilnuję, aby w przyszłości taki fakt nie miał miejsca.

Chciałbym także przeprosić za zachowanie Recepcji w trakcie Pani pobytu.

Mam nadzieję, że uda mi się Panią przekonać do kolejnej wizyty w w Hotelu Diament Plaza w Gliwicach, podczas której będzie miała Pani okazję w pełni doświadczyć wysokiego standardu naszych usług oraz gościnności. Osobiście dopilnuję prawidłowości funkcjonowania wszelkich składników usług i pobytu w moim obiekcie. Bardzo dziękuję za zwrócenie mi uwagi na powyższą sprawę.
