Great hotel with beautiful rooms. Unfortunately, my room faced the street and someone was smoking outside my window, so I had to keep it shut. Despite this, the hotel itself was very nice. However, I did have an issue with the receptionists. In my opinion, receptionists should greet guests with a smile and make them feel welcome. The receptionists at this hotel do not greet guests at all and a smile is something they seem unfamiliar with. The lady on Monday evening (A thin, dark-haired lady in her thirties) reacted to my greeting with an annoyed look and an arrogant response "Yes?". In fact, they are probably the worst receptionists I have ever encountered in my life. I genuinely hope you will hire someone who will appreciate the job.
Thank you for choosing our hotel and for sharing your opinion on your stay.
We are sorry that our personel did not fullfill your expectations.
If there are any problems with other guests we are available to interven 24/7.
Also we are glad that our interior design met your standards.
We look forward to hosting you in the near future.
Greetings,
Michał Witkowicz
Hotel Director
