I am very unsatisfied with your reception in general. I had to wait more than 20 minutes upon my arrival, this is not acceptable.
I booked the room on Booking, where you confirmed no advance payment, I need to pay upon my arrival in cash bank card, or any other accepted way of mode. You charged my bank card in advance of my arrival. It is not fair.
We are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations, the satisfaction of our guests is our priority, so every aspect will be discussed with the department managers at the hotel.
