Wir haben im Januar 2023 ein Zimmer reserviert und bereits bezahlt. Anfangs April sendete uns das Hotel eine "Message", dass das Zimmer nicht mehr zur Verfügung stehe, da eine Gruppe Vorrang habe. Alle Interventionen (telefonisch, per Mail) nutzten nichts. Auf Mails wartet man jedes Mal mehrere Tage. Sie haben uns dann in ein anderes Hotel umquartiert. Als wir dort ankamen, verlangten sie die Kreditkarte, da das Zimmer noch nicht bezahlt sei. Zum Glück hatte ich die Quittung dabei und nach Diskussionen wurde dies dann geregelt. Hier ist man als Gast unerwünscht und deshalb meiden Sie dieses Hotel.

ogólnie cena pokoju w stosunku do jego wielkości i widoku z okna była zdecydowanie dużo za duża

In my opinion, you should give any information to your client when you dis-mis his reservation. In another cases it is difficult to give a better note.

Przykro nam, że nie udało nam się spełnić Twoich oczekiwań, a Pana pobyt nie został zrealizowany. Zadowoleni naszych stałych i potencjalnych gości jest dla nas najważniejsze dlatego podczas kolejnych rezerwacji zachęcam do rezerwacji bez pośrednio przez Panią Angelikę Kopycińską, która jest Kierownikiem Recepcji tel: 885 700 088.
Mamy nadzieję, że będziemy mogli gościć Pana w naszym Hotelu.
