Bon séjour comme chaque fois. Nous sommes d'anciens clients de votre hôtel et restaurant. Nous avons suivi l'évolution de l'établissement, mais je pense qu'une clim dans les chambres et votre restaurant serait indispensable vue les périodes de canicules. Ceci permettrait de mieux apprécier le dîner à La Liégeoise, cuisine si agréable, que l'on déguste plus lorsqu'il fait trop chaud. C'est pour cela que j'avais choisi L'Aloze plus aéré et pouvoir manger sur la terrasse s'il faisait trop chaud.

We enjoyed our stay but have been coming to this hotel over 40 years never acknowledged. Also my daughter rang the hotel and ordered a bottle of champagne/wine to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.. despite this no one made any attempt to congratulate us or acknowledge it in any way. Very poor customer service. It’s a busy hotel I know but personal service is very important.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l´hôtel. Magnifiquement situé et parking gratuit ! Les employé(e)s étaient charmants et très serviables. Bonne literie. Pas de clim mais la canicule était exceptionnelle cette année...

A delightful stay at this hotel which we have been coming to since before the upgrade. Mostly for the restaurants, but now we have stayed in the great rooms, we will be returning soon

un week-end romantique, apaisant, le plaisir d'un moment en couple. Nous reviendrons à l'Atlantic avec plaisir.

Agréable mais un hôtel de 4 étoiles doit absolument avoir une climatisation. Nous n’avons pas déjeuner au restaurant car il faisait trop chaud aussi bien le midi que le soir, nous avons préféré manger dans un établissement climatisé.
