Premier séjour entre amis mais nous sommes tous très satisfaits et reviendrons avec plaisir !

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad zeer vriendelijk personeel de welness zeer mooi en verzorgd.
De eetruimte en kamers netjes maar zojn toe aan vernieuwing.

Les prestations et l'accueil toujours aussi bien

nous avons passé un séjour confortable dans une chambre propre, soft, mais avec tous le confort possible. le personnelle est à votre écoute et vous propose les lieux à visiter de la région. le déjeuner est proposé avec des produit frais de la région. quand au spa, piscine, sauna, hammam et jacuzzi, rien ne manque. En ce qui concerne les soins, 1h de pure bonheur et de détente. hâtes de revenir pour renouveler cette expérience.

We had a lovely 24 hours -we just love this hotel and try and stay whenever we are returning to the UK from France- it makes the return journey so easy

On Friday 15th March there was a power cut in the evening which resulted in the restaurant eventually deciding to close. This resulted in us being told by the restaurant staff that we couldn't have anything to eat, even just some bread and cheese. There was where else to go as the entire village was affected, and we couldn't drive anywhere as we had had several drinks in the restaurant bar all of which we explained. When we later went to Reception to try and get a light for our room young Mr Lietard (?) was there, and becoming aware of the situation, he immediately arranged two very nice platters of cheese, pate and bread together with a very pleasant bottle of red wine which we enjoyed in candlelight in the room above the reception area. He saved the day and we were very pleased (although a little disappointed that the restaurant staff seemed unwilling to help). This was much more typical of the excellent service the Hotel provides.
