Unfortunately, I had to cancel last minute our stay in your hotel due to a sudden medical problem (back problem). Although I understand & accept the cancellation conditions which obliged me to pay the full amount of my reservation, I would have hoped to get part of it back in the form of a credit voucher for a future stay ... :-(

very satisfied; the suite is perfect for families with up to two children; really great breakfast with fantastic view; staff is very friendly and always eager to help; the hotel as a whole is very clean
