Loved it and would highly recommend. The design and decor are outstanding as is the attitude and helpfulness of the staff, which the one notable exception as mentioned in the survey.

Either you are welcomming children or not. Both options are fine with us, but you have to make a choice. To have complains just by having children there made the stay unpleasent for us. Everything in the hotel was nice. Nice view, food, friendliness, room. But in the end, we could not relax.

From the moment we entered the hotel, to a warm welcome from Adriana on reception, to the moment we left, we found all the staff to be absolutely first class in their service, attitude, friendliness and helpfulness. The room was lovely with a terrace overlooking the pool. It was clean and well supplied with toiletries and plenty of space for our clothes. The food at Cafe l'Envol was tasty and the waiting staff there were equally efficient and friendly. All in all, a wonderful experience and a hotel we would definitely recommend.
