Overall I wouldn’t rate this hotel as 4 stars.
-breakfast was poor
-dinner was absolute disaster....they had to cook my meat twice and my husband finished his food when I just started. Had to remind about nut allergy AGAIN when the dessert was served with nuts...
-walking to reception in order to collect the swimming pool towels is not ok for 4 star hotel. They are normally located near the pool.
-once there were some bar maintenance ...for 45min. When I called reception and asked how long it will last the receptionist told me “another 15min”. I’m sorry but it is not appropriate. I’m on holiday and don’t need to listen any sounds of drilling.. not for £200 per day!
Although as I said previously staff/driver/manager are all very nice and very friendly. Rooms are nice and always clean. Swimming pool and view are great.
