Terrible. Room small and cramped, windows filthy. Service in restaurant dreadful. Parking was miles away and in a tiny garage. Was not informed we had to reserve parking at the time of booking. It was described as 'secure covered parking'. There was no mention this was in a tiny garage. We only just got our SUV in. A bigger car would not fit. And we had to pay for the privilege of using this!

Regarding the parking, our secure covered garages are available by reservation only, as indicated at the time of booking. This allows us to allocate the most suitable garage according to the size of each vehicle. As we were not informed in advance of the dimensions of your SUV, we assigned a standard garage by default. Had we known beforehand, we would have gladly arranged a larger garage or offered an alternative parking solution immediately.
Concerning the condition of the windows, please be assured that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected daily by our housekeeping team and head housekeeper. Unfortunately, due to our seaside location, seagulls occasionally soil windows after cleaning – something that can happen between housekeeping visits. Our reception team is always available 24/7 and would have been happy to arrange an additional cleaning upon request.
We are also sorry to learn that your experience in our restaurant did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. This is certainly not up to our usual standards, and we have already shared your comments with our restaurant manager to prevent such delays from occurring in the future. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.
We regret that you found your room size and amenities unsatisfactory. Our rooms are described in detail on our website and booking platforms, including room size and facilities, and our team is always pleased to suggest alternative room categories during the stay when available.
