Nous sommes satisfaits de par la localisation. Très proche du centre historique, emplacement direct sur la plage. Très bien desservi (arrêt bus devant l'hôtel Excellente vue. Environnement bruyant la nuit. garage fermé très proche +++. Un peu cher pour la période

Terrible. Very small room, no working internet, terrible service in the restautant, terrible food.

We're sorry to hear of your disappointment. We take note of your criticisms, which fortunately are not very frequent. We have indeed welcomed some new staff who have not yet been trained in good room service practice, but we are going to remedy this. As far as the restaurant is concerned, we are surprised by the intensity of the word used to describe the food, as we take great care to ensure that our customers are offered home-cooked food every day, using fresh produce that is not industrially produced.

Très satisfaits dans l'ensemble. Mais le choix du Beaufort: notre visite à des amis à 2 maisons sur le sillon, et nous étions trop nombreux. A part la pâte à tartiner, UNE seule observation, elle concerne la baignoire; j'aurais souhaité une douche, pourquoi pas "à l'italienne", j'ai quand même pris le risque. C'est dangereux: la très grande paroi vitrée, le manque de poignées sur les 2 murs, j'ai fait très attention, il pourrait y avoir un cordon d'appel. Ne m'en voulez pas pour ces remarques, je garde un très beau souvenir de ce court séjour. (Vous ne nous le demandez pas, mais le chef nous a accepté assez tard le soir, et c'était très bon!)

Les Mojitos servis en arrivant étaient en dessous de tout. Vous n’auriez pas dû les faire régler, comme les œufs brouillés. Geste commercial manqué!!!
Dommage.
