Very dissapointing although couldn't complain for the location

The air con was horrible. I had been complaining since day 1 to the receptionist guy (Yasin) but nothing got better. The internet was also lame. Very dissapointing for a 4 star hotel.

The level of service had gone down since last year, we are coming already for more than 10 years to this hotel. Bottle of wine at the room is skipped, also the small bottle of water at check out. The satellite tv was not properly working for the whole stay, wifi was slow and poor.

Breakfast used to be in the past better of quality yoghurt & fruit , and more choice of products. The qualtity of the coffee is extreme poor.

Globalement satisfaite malgré quelque couac ascenseur en panne très froid dans la chambre en arrivant suite Avec des défauts niveau deco lumière derrière le jacuzzi ne fonctionnant pas miroir abîmé lavabo défraîchi mais personnel charmant très accueillant et professionnel et produits dans la chambre de qualité

Literie et sdb excellentes, chambre très propre, airco faiblard, rue bruyante (1er étage). Situation 5 étoiles, à proximité du métro, des magasins, restaurants et bureaux. Accueil sympathique.

Самое замечательное в этом отеле - территориальная близость к Лувру и садам Тюильри. У нас был семейный люкс на последнем этаже. Шикарный вид из окон. Но помимо вида, особо отметить нечего. Номер какой-то неуютный, тесный. Неудобные подушки. В номере нет бесплатной воды. Основной ресторан на ремонте. Завтраки не понравились. Не смотря на вышеперечисленные минусы, впечатление от посещения данного отеля осталось скорее положительным, благодаря очень дружелюбному отношению персонала, особенно на ресепшене.

Very disappointing - especially the fact that I wasn't informed in advance that the restaurant, etc are closed.

Stained carpet, rotting bathroom surface (by the sink), and a shower which smelled like a sewer - all far below what I'd expect for nearly €400!

Comfortable rooms but overall impression was that the hotel could do with a refurbishment in the corridors and reception. Downstair in breakfast areas, its was all a bit messy.
