Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful time. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was walking distance to majority of the attractions!! We truly enjoyed "the handy" available to the guests to use while we were out and about. It helped us not get lost!! Thank you for all your hospitality and helping us make reservations at Le Ciel De Paris. It was an awesome recommendation by a reception staff for a romantic dinner!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and THANK you to all staff for making it as wonderful as it was!!

Everyone at the reception were wonderful, kind, and helpful except for one staff. I don't recall his name, but he's an older gentleman with a Caucasian (white) complexion who presented with an unfriendly demeanor (not smiling, flat personality, when he was trying to be nice it didn't feel genuine) and ignored my husband and I while we were waiting for assistance on two occasions. He could've atleast acknowledged us by saying "one moment please" like the other staff if he's busy, etc. I highly recommend that he get retrained on his customer service skills in order to represent the best service possible at such a beautiful hotel. Great customer service is crucial because it can definitely put a damper on the entire experience. For example, when we would see this particular staff at reception and had a question to ask, we were not inclined to approach him because he made it felt that we were an inconvenient to him, but with the other staff, we did not hesitate. Overall, we will definitely come back without a doubt!! Cheers!!

For some odd reason, the boiled eggs were impossible to peel off the shell. The egg white will come with it, which was annoying. The pancakes, crossiants, and freshly squeezed orange juice were excellent!! A "make your own omelette" station will be cool to have in the future. Staff were awesome during breakfast .

Good. Staff never smile! No welcoming at all, of I were in restaurant and making order, they would treat me better.

The air con was horrible. I had been complaining since day 1 to the receptionist guy (Yasin) but nothing got better. The internet was also lame. Very dissapointing for a 4 star hotel.

The level of service had gone down since last year, we are coming already for more than 10 years to this hotel. Bottle of wine at the room is skipped, also the small bottle of water at check out. The satellite tv was not properly working for the whole stay, wifi was slow and poor.

Breakfast used to be in the past better of quality yoghurt & fruit , and more choice of products. The qualtity of the coffee is extreme poor.

Globalement satisfaite malgré quelque couac ascenseur en panne très froid dans la chambre en arrivant suite Avec des défauts niveau deco lumière derrière le jacuzzi ne fonctionnant pas miroir abîmé lavabo défraîchi mais personnel charmant très accueillant et professionnel et produits dans la chambre de qualité
