Soddisfatta. La camera bella, unico neo il rumore della strada.

Siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato la bellezza della camera e l'ottima posizione dell'albergo, ideale per raggiungere facilmente i suoi punti di interesse.

Inoltre, siamo contenti che abbia trovato la pulizia buona e il nostro personale cordiale e disponibile.

Ci fa piacere sapere che la nostra colazione è stata di suo gradimento e che non mancava niente.

Ci dispiace che abbia riscontrato problemi di rumore dalla strada. Le nostre camere sono dotate di doppi vetri e abbiamo stanze sul retro dell'edificio che sono molto silenziose. La prossima volta, non esiti a chiedere una stanza più tranquilla al momento della prenotazione. Ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente e apprezziamo il suo feedback per migliorare la nostra offerta.

Ok - the rooms are too cramped and too dark, difficult to get ready to do hair and make-up, no where convenient to put your toiletries etc

Not great - for the price you should at least include a mini bar

Regarding the minibar, we do provide a minibar in each room for our guests' convenience. We take good note that the information was not clear during your stay. We also offer complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby all day long, starting from 11 a.m., as well as a bottle of still and sparkling water every day in the room.

Best feature is the location and comfort of the bed. Also the service was good.
