danke, dass Sie sich nach Ihrem Aufenthalt die Zeit für diese tolle Bewertung genommen haben. Dass diese dann auch noch so überaus positiv ausgefallen ist, freut uns besonders!
Dass Sie von unserem Haus und der Freundlichkeit unseres Teams so begeistert waren, freut uns sehr! Wir legen sehr großen Wert darauf, den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste in der schönen Stadt Nürnberg zu etwas ganz Besonderem zu machen.
Wie Sie bemerkt haben, gibt sich unser Team im Frühstück wirklich jeden Tag große Mühe, um alles frisch zuzubereiten und das Buffet ansprechend zu gestalten. Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir unseren Gästen mit ausgewählten Frühstücksspezialitäten und einem herzlichen Lächeln einen gelungen Start in den Tag ermöglichen!
Trotz der stets hohen Standards legen wir außerdem einen besonders großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und versuchen in jedem Bereich umweltbewusst und ökologisch zu agieren.
Schade, dass Ihnen der Härtegrad unserer Matratze nicht zugesagt hat. Hier ist es natürlich schwierig, den Geschmack jedes einzelnen Gastes zu treffen. Um unseren Gästen eine angenehme Nacht zu ermöglichen, warten nämlich in unseren Zimmern Kaltschaum- und auch Federkernmatratzen auf Sie. Gerne werden wir deshalb versuchen, dass Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt vorab eine ausführlichere Beratung erhalten.

We truly can't say enough about our stay there. We were welcomed so warmly, our boy was treated so kindly, our room was fantastic, the food was wonderful, everything. We would love to stay again!

Many thanks also for appreciating our breakfast buffet and our food selection! Our breakfast team has always new ideas to make the stay of our guests even more pleasant. We verify the origin of our products and use organic food products as often as we can. Our most important priority is to guarantee the freshness and quality of the food we serve!
Most of all we are happy to read that you were satisfied with your room arrangement. The Hotel VICTORIA was built in 1896 and is therefore a listed historical building. We try to make the best possible use of the original structural and character and at the same time we constantly improve the comfort of our guests through renovations and upgrades.

L'hôtel délivre les prestations attendues. J'ai aimé voir toute l'équipe en photo pour les retrouver tout au long de mon séjour. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions qui ont rendues mon séjour confortable.

Dear Guest,
We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us in the historical old town of Nuremberg and would like to thank you with all our heart for your wonderful compliments regarding the location and your room arrangement.
Our hotel is located in the old town center opposite to the central railway station between the legendary Craftsmen's Yard and the New Museum of Modern Art and Design ... as you mentioned, our location is one of the biggest advantages of the Victoria!
On the other hand we are very sorry to hear that we could not convince you 100% with our newly created breakfast buffet and with our service. Our breakfast team is always eager to provide the best possible service under all circumstances. We always verify the quality of our products and we prepare specialties, such as fried or scrambled eggs, freshly by order. Our most important priority is to guarantee the freshness and quality of the food we serve! Therefore, during particular events, such as the Christmas Market, it might become a little challenging to provide the same high quality to all guests in the shortest time possible. Nevertheless, we always strive to meet your expectations. You are therefore welcome to let us know if you have a special request for your perfect start to the day and we will do our best to fulfill your wish.
We are also sorry about the issue with the TV. Our Business rooms only are equipped with a smart TV. In all other rooms our guests can enjoy all German TV programs as well as a selection of international programs.
Perhaps you give us a second chance once you return to Nuremberg. We would be very happy to welcome you back!
