It is evident that the owner and staff at Hotel Victoria consider guest comfort their top priority. Whenever we asked for assistance, even during the initial booking process, we felt the staff went the extra mile to set us up for a great stay. I highly recommend Hotel Victoria.

Great location, phenomenal breakfast, easy in and out

Our hotel is located in the old town center opposite to the central railway station between the legendary Craftsmen's Yard and the New Museum of Modern Art and Design ... as you mentioned, our location is one of the biggest advantages of the Victoria!
We are also very glad that you appreciated our breakfast to go! Our breakfast team has always new ideas to make the stay of our guests even more comfortable and we do our very best to meet our guests needs.

Das Zimmer der Kategorie Blickwinkel entsprach genau meinen Erwartungen, klein aber fein, mit schönem Ausblick zur belebten Altstadt und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt und die Nähe zum Bahnhof war für mich ideal und ein Entscheidungskriterium. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und das Servicepersonal sehr bemüht. Ich war rundum zufrieden, vielen Dank!

Das Hotel Victoria ist ein privat geführtes Traditionshotel mit über 100jähriger Geschichte. 1896 erbaut, machen es seine zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage am Tor zu Altstadt, sein denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude und die moderne Inszenierung der Gastlichkeit durch unser herzliches Hotelteam zu einem einzigartigen Wohlfühlerlebnis! Wir legen sehr großen Wert darauf, den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste in der schönen Stadt Nürnberg zu etwas ganz Besonderem zu machen. Unsere Gäste liegen uns wirklich sehr am Herzen und wir sind mit größter Motivation dabei ganz individuell für jeden Gast da zu sein.

Wonderful! Room is very nice, clean and modern with excellent water pressure. Staff kind and helpful. Breakfast is fabulous. So many goodies to choose from. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Vicoria and would recommend it to others.

We had requested a quiet room and because it was indeed quiet our overall expectations was met.

Thank you very much for your feedback about your stay at our hotel. It is nice to read that your expectations were fulfilled and that you could enjoy your time in the historical old town of Nuremberg!
We are very pleased that we were able to convince you with our newly created breakfast! And what could be nicer than being pampered by our service at the start of the day and enjoying our breakfast tapas. We are sorry if you had to request your eggs more than once... our colleagues are truly always eager to provide the very best service!
In most of our room categories, such as our Quality, Relax, Business and Attic rooms, its possible to choose between a queen size bed, with a mattress of 1,60 m width, and a standard double bed with two mattresses for a total width of 1,80 m. We do our very best to accommodate our guests requests, if we know the bed preference in advance.
Absolute cleanliness and high hygiene standards are also very important to us! Our housekeeping team cleans the rooms extremely conscientiously. We are therefore very sorry if we missed a spot, but through the feedback of our guests we are able to constantly improve our service and to offer even better quality in the future!
We also thank you for your suggestion abour our storage system! Of course we understand that our storage space is small and sometimes we have to store the bags in other available spaces. All bags receive a tag with a number, which the customer has to show when they come back to collect them. We do our best to optimize this system and we always appreciate new ideas.
Regarding your confirmation we would like to ask you if you could give us more information about this matter. Your reservation was made through our website with an automatic answer-mail, available in German, English and Italian. We also send an automated message one day prior to arrival, in order to welcome our guests and to provide a few more information. We sincerely apologize if you received a message in German by mistake.
We would be delighted if you gave us another chance on your next trip to Nuremberg, so that we can convince you completely of our hotel.
