Many thanks for the compliments about our breakfast! We offer fresh, seasonal and regional products to guarantee a healthy and tasty start into your day. Our breakfast staff is always trying to serve varied food for our guests and has free hands to implement new dishes and ideas.
We also would like to thank you for your suggestion about the different sorts of pillows. Our guests feedback always helps us improve our service! In order ensure our guests a comfortable sleep, our rooms are equipped either with cold foam or spring mattresses, depending on the room category. On top of our regular pillows, also down pillows, neck support pillows as well as grain pillows are available upon request. It is very difficult to meet the different taste and preference of each and every guest in this matter, we therefore kindly ask you to take a look at our pillow menu in the room and we will be happy to provide you with your favorite choice.

Schnelle Erledigung von Wünschen
Allerdings wären etwa längere Frühstückszeiten für Lanhschläfer besser

Dass Ihnen auch die ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freundlichkeit unserer Mitarbeiter aufgefallen ist, ist schön zu lesen. Sie, unsere Gäste, haben Anspruch auf allerbeste Servicequalität! An Wochenenden und Feiertagen bieten wir unser vitales Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr an, um auch unsere Gäste, die etwas länger schlafen wollen, glücklich zu machen. Wir werden aber gerne intern besprechen, ob wir unsere Frühstückszeiten auch unter der Woche etwas verlängern.
