Ja schade das im Moment Bauarbeiten laufen, aber ansonsten muss ich sagen das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt

herzlichen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir versuchen bei allen Umbau- und Renovierungsarbeiten das Bestmögliche aus den baulichen Gegebenheiten zu machen. Dass während Ihres Aufenthaltes Bauarbeiten stattfanden, tut uns sehr leid. Wir haben uns für den Schritt des Um- und Ausbaus entschieden, um die besten Voraussetzungen für die nächsten Jahrzehnte zu schaffen. Deshalb freut es uns umso mehr, dass Sie uns in dieser etwas holprigen Zeit Ihr Vertrauen geschenkt haben.

We really enjoyed our experience at the Hotel Victoria. The staff was very friendly and the service was outstanding. It was very convenient for us to have the staff set up all of our dinner reservations. We also enjoyed the facilities, amenities (champagne welcome, outstanding breakfast, complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, etc) and the location. We would recommend the hotel to friends and family and can't wait for a return visit.
