We were in Nuremberg to commence an Avalon river Cruise, our travel agency in Australia was advised by Avalon that because of the high water, the cruise would not be able to start in Nuremberg and the ship was at Vilshofen near Passau. Our Australian travel agency contacted the hotel with a message for us re the change and your staff were extremely helpful in helping us contact our tour Director in Prague and advise of the contact point in Nuremberg to be collected to go to Passua
