It was very pleasant. Your staff is very courteous and service oriented. They took care of every small detail.
I did not want to but I think I should give this feedback about Ms Georgina from the cafe. Her attitude towards us (don't know about other guests) was very condescending. She would never greet us in the morning, if there was an eye contact she would look away. I found it extremely rude and unexpected. There was another girl who served us in the cafe on 1st, blond hair and wore a nose pin, I think she was the best employee in the cafe. Unfortunately I didn't see her again.
