Wir waren bisher bei Ihnen stets gut aufgehoben und sehr zufrieden mit Ihren Dienstleistungen! Das einzige Problem ist oftmals der etwas hohe Lärmpegel auf der Seite des Bahnhofes. Ihr Personal ist immer freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen.
... und Ihr Frühstück ist legendär!!

I enjoyed my visit to Nuremburg very much and found everyone at the hotel very friendly and helpful.
The "artistic" installation of oil drums outside my bedroom was the one great blemish as I had to endure a terrible racket from these at 2am on several occasions. I appreciate that you have no control over these but it was particularly inconsiderate of the museum officials to place them there. Perhaps you should invite them to spend a few nights in the rooms affected so that they can see for themselves what your guests have to suffer. I hope the drums will be removed soon.

The only problem was that we didn't have the information on pulling up on what looked to us like a sidewalk, to register and get the directions to the garage. So we were on the street farther down the block. So, including the information about pulling up to the front door, even though it looks like the sidewalk, to register, in the confirmation would be helpful.

It would be helpful to have really good recommendations for restaurants for the staff to provide. We were directed to a place that was the only disappointing meal in 16 days in Europe. And the only place where they wouldn't give us tap water to drink.It was the Zum Spiessgesellen.

As mentioned above I & my family & friends have been regular guests to "Victoria" for a number of years. The high standard of presentation by staff, the cleanliness of rooms & dining room together with enjoyable breakfasts encourages a return to this hotel in Nurnberg.
