I have stayed at hotel Victoria twice before with academy travel as a supervising teacher on a tour. I decided to book here on a family holiday with my wife and two children over new year because of the pervious experience. Firstly upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed which is an experience which has been lost in a lot of hotels! The room was excellent and clean and the hotel staff very Polite and friendly. The service at breakfast was excellent and I would say the whole experience would be the best I have seen at any hotel I have stayed in around the world.. Thank for you for making this part of my family holiday in Germany so delightful.

Fantastic...such a professional organization. Looking at the team building sessions poster in the elevator and brochures proves that this is an establishment that prides itself on excellent customer service.

Everything was great. The room was incredible and the breakfast was great.
