Im großen und ganzen gut, aber im Detail verbesserungswürdig: z.B. Sauberkeit im Bad (Haare in der Ecke)

Excellent stay and appreciate your flexibility in extending my stay. I would possibly suggest NOT using the term Lebensraum in any of your hotel literature. An unfortunate turn of words for a hotel in Nuremberg. My only suggestion for an otherwise excellent hotel!

Im Allgemeinen sehr gut. Ich habe mich auch über das Entgegenkommen, dass ich das Auto ohne Mehrkosten noch etwas länger in der Tiefgarage stehen lassen konnte, sehr gefreut.

All in all I had a plasent stay. But as I had to do some work while attending a conference, it was a big probnlem that the internet did not work.

As the Victoria is a protected monument it is not easy to install A/C in all of our rooms, but the fans shall help to cool them at least a bit. The owners of the hotel are convinced that in the future it will be a absolutely necessary equipment feature and it is foreseen to furnish the whole house step by step in the next years.

We are very sorry that the internet connection was not good when you were guest at the Victoria!

Once you are back in Nuremberg it would be a pleasure for us to welcoming you back!

Ich habe mich in Ihrem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche Personal sowie die gute Wasserqualität.
