Comfortable hotel near railway station wth excellent breakfast but missing a French TV for a french customer.
Hôtel confortable situé tout près de gare principale avec un excellent petit-déjeuner pas pas de chaîne TV en français.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Everything was perfect. Thank you to Sarah who made it so special. She is a world of knowledge who told me the fascinating history of the city center. She saved the trip for me knowing exactly where an Apple Store was located to get a charger for my iPad. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel making it a prime location.

The breakfast was one of the best we had ever eaten. The assortment of the foods, the service and cleanliness was impeccable. The very finest was served with great pride. The room was most comfortable and of course the cleanliness was at its utmost. Instead of 5 stars I could easily give it 100 stars. Thank you for a great trip.

Wie jedes Jahr haben wir unseren mittlerweile sechsten Hochzeitstag bei Ihnen gefeiert und haben all die schönen Erinnerungen an die drei Tage im Juni 2009 wieder aufleben lassen. Wie jedes Jahr haben wir die Ruhe und Entspannung genossen und freuen uns bereits jetzt auf das nächste Jahr.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; an Austattung und Service ist nichts auszusetzen; das Frühstück ist ausgezeicnet. Aber durch die im Grunde optimale zentrale Lage ist es z.B. auf Zimmer 451 von der Königstrasse her bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut.
