Ein gut geführtes, helles, sauberes und freundliches Haus mit einer familiären Atmosphäre - ein klarer Unterschied zu den filialisierten Hotels. Mitarbeiter sehr, sehr gut. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

Dear Mr Chihara,

We thank you for your review and are happy to read that you were satisfied in most of the aspects.
If you return to Nuremberg and to the Victoria, please let us know your room preferences in advance.
We will then offer you a room category with a bigger bed than you had last time.

We thank you for your remark concerning our breakfast.
One of our main interest for the next time is an addition of our buffet especially in regards of vegetarian supplies.
