The hotel is excellently run.

We are happy to see you every year during the Toy Fair ! It is very nice that you made renovation to the Hotel and you keep on looking in small details ! I think that you need more space in the lobby - especially the bar - but i understand that is difficult to find it.
The personnel of the hotel is very polite and helpful as always ! It feels like home !!

Dear all, thanks for your lovely hospitality and also for the chance to have glutenfree breakfast and lactosenfrei milk as well. Our room was very chilly and „windy“ during the first night - you certainly remember our need of more blankets -, but later on everthing was fine. Only one more thing that was strange for the price we paid - the curtains were terrible dirty.
