I consult on service delivery for large hotel companies, sometimes create concepts for smaller individual hotels.
Congratulations on the service delivery and promise that you create for your guests, the confidence with which reception dares to promise a delivery of another department, is excellent. Monday @ 12, no more breakfast, read about the croissaint breakfast so I asked for it, restaurant manager said no, finally we were served a complete breakfast on the terrace.. great work on making a promise and overdelivering on the promise. Hotelstaff all great very friendly and accomodating.
