Hôtels & Spa Le Domaine du Belvedere

On a passé dans l’ensemble un très agréable moment car le lieu est sublime la piscine le spa et la chambre très agréables mais tout de même déçus car le personnel du restaurant était vraiment inexpérimenté …

Wij hebben meer dan een half uur verloren om het hotel te vinden wegens het ontbreken van enkele wegwijzers. Toe wij dit bij aankomst meldden werd dit "probleem" gewoon weggelachen. Accommodatie is prachtig maar de klant vriendelijkheid kan een stuk beter

Our second week long stay and we love the place. We had a wonderful stay with a full resort experience, most welcome in this rural country setting. We were very impressed with the new lower development and bistro.

INCEDENTAL FOR LE BELVEDERE MANAGEMENT (DO NOT PUBLISH WITH REVIEW):
Maintenance: The only complaint is that there is a strong smell of sulpher (septic?) in the mornings lingering at the front entrance of the room #3 front porch area. It clears somewhat with a sun & breeze in the afternoons.

Marketing: Survey question #10 "Have you perceived the eco-responsible commitment of the establishment" is silly and seems like virtue signaling. Perception for the guest is not the important part because it on;ly makes economic sence to treat the environment responsibly since Le Belvedere benifits from the countryside. Signs and messages aside, I sleep well knowing that Le Belevedere is helping Lauzerte is maintaining it's heritage and legacy with the care of development and concern for maintaing historical architecture.

Magnifique et nous le recommenderons autour de nous.

Séjour trés agréable paisible, les équipements exterieurs et les chambres sont super et on en prend plein les yeux... gros point négatif sur le service au restaurant le soir: malgré des plats savoureux, la durée du service est une déception.

Le lieu est superbe: le bâtiment principal, l espèce bien être, la vue sur la vallée depuis la piscine à débordement parfaite. La proposition de plusieurs points d’eau est parfait.
Seul bémol: quand on se met au bord de la piscine la vue vers le bas manque de végétaux. Quelques lavandes en pot par exemple suffiraient à cacher les gravats et apporteraient une odeur agréable

Lorsque nous avons évoqué le fait que nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude, aucun geste commercial n’a été fait et nous trouvons cela regrettable.

Un endroit superbe où tout est fait pour qu'on déconnecte du quotidien. Le client est chouchouté par tous les membres du personnel. Les chambres sont magnifiques et superbement décorée. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour hors du temps dans votre établissement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
