Nous avons principalement remarqué la baisse de qualité de la cuisine. Pour sûr, il y a un certain savoir-faire, cependant il nest pas en adéquation avec le lieu. Utiliser lhuile dolive plutôt que la crème fraîche , élaborer une cuisine plus méditerranéenne avec des recettes provençales apporterait plus de cachet et doriginalité à létablissement.
