Great stay after all, but a pack of cigarettes left on the shelf was missing the second to last day, the day after we complained about the town. It contained ca 12-13 cigarettes.

Great location, good breakfast, but it stops there. Single rooms look like a later addition, tiny single bed. They messed up the charging and forgot to deduct my deposit. Still waiting on the refund.

We DO have refunded you! And just as a reminder, you have made the reservation yourself for 2 standard single rooms and admit there have been a misunderstanding about the deposits that have been paid and put on 1 room instead of 2. Anyway, we totally sorted this out at your check out and we have refunded you on your credit card. If you still haven't received the € 320 please send us an email and we will double check with our bank.

About towels, did you tell us anything about this at the reception? We are here to solve this kind of problems straight away you know?
