Stayed for 4 nights with extended family,
Basic hotel but with every you need, warm , clean, comfortable and friendly.
Would stay again :)

Overall the experience could have been much better if the service at the reception had not been so terrible. My wife was sick, we still wanted to stay with you. When Checkin in we were promised that you will try to resell the room. Two days later we learned that was not true. Instead nothing happened and you asked us when we will be leaving...

Worst experience in almost 40 years of hotel stays. Never again!

Your experience went bad just because you didn't want to understand the fact that we couldn't let you shorten your stay without paying the global amount first. We didn't lie to you we even accepted to try to resell your room and to refund you the difference if we managed to, but you wouldn't leave the room!!!
Try to do that anywhere else or with plane tickets for example, we will be very suprised if you get any refund.

We are all worldwide travellers in our staff and honestly nobody will ever asked a hotel a refund for any reason. If you have to shorten your stay because of illness or injury you can use your credit card insurance or any other travelling insurance.

It was New Year's Eve holidays. A very busy week. Imagine the mess it will be for us if all our clients decided to act like you and leave whenever they want... How could we run our business?
