Très bien, très bon accueil, très chaleureux. Une seule chose à améliorer les produits d'hygiène dans la salle de bain: savon, bonnet de douche, lait corporel...

2 jours de ski + une nuit dans cet hôtel = un bon séjour à Tignes.

The Refuge proved again to be a great place for my son and I to stay out of the ski season.
As always, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The only negative being the shower room on the 4th floor which needs some urgent attention.

Nice hotel in the center of Tignes. Direct access to the lifts.

Great location, by road, shops, bus stop and pistes. Great views of Tignes Val Claret. I recommend this hotel.
