Super bien situé, personnelle peu aimable.

Bonjour et merci d'avoir répondu à notre demande d'évaluation.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre expérience chez nous n'ait pas été satisfaisante. Nous sommes très étonnés de la note sur la sympathie de notre personnel, qui, comme vous pouvez le constater sur la très grande majorité de nos évaluations, est habituellement très bonne.

Nous sommes également très étonnés de votre remarque sur le petit-déjeuner qui remporte généralement un grand succès auprès de notre clientèle tant sur la diversité que sur la qualité des produits proposés mais bien entendu les goûts et les couleurs ne se discutent pas.

En ce qui concerne le hammam en effet nous avons eu un problème technique, je pense que vous pouvez comprendre que cela peut arriver et que nous faisons tout notre possible pour remplacer la pièce endommagée au plus vite.

Enfin, concernant votre chambre, êtes-vous passé nous signaler ces quelques petits problèmes à la Réception? Il ne faut surtout pas hésiter à nous faire part de vos remarques pendant votre séjour car nous ferons toujours tout notre possible pour vous satisfaire au mieux.

Loved our stay here. Arrived New Year’s Eve and had front door access to celebration area at the front and the fireworks. Very convenient for arrival and departure by bus and not having to walk too far. And close to some good restaurants where we could get dinner!

Overall we felt comfortable there. I really appreciate the ski room and felt the desk staff were warm and friendly each time we came and left which made it feel like home. The view was amazing. My biggest complaint, besides not being in walking distance to the nice restaurants, is that the beds and pillows were not comfortable which impacted our sleep.
