Good. The staff were very friendly and the location is perfect. Communications between customer, Booking.com and Le Refuge clearly isn't perfect but perhaps is Booking.com's fault. Overall - we certainly enjoyed our stay but the price gap relative to other premium hotels nearby makes it a difficult choice for us when we return (the premium is not much more for 4/5*).
It has been a great pleasure to accomodate you with our hotel.
About the price, you have to know that prices are lower if you book directly with us and the breakfast is included (visit our website to check for next time).
