1. The exterior pool was full of flies and mosquitos, and not ready for humans to swim, especially in such a nice hotel/resort.
I believe you should invest in cleaning the pool regularly. That gives an idea on how much you do care about your guests health and safety.

2. As there were a lot of kids, I think you should invest also in a safe guard, who can also maintain the pool and keep it clean.

3. It will be nice to have some night activities, as after 10pm the atmosphere was completely dead in the campus.

4. Electricity should be free, I paid around 460 euros and then I was asked to pay 14 euros electricity. That's a shame.

5. The cottage should be cleaned on a daily basis, or at least day after day, otherwise there is no point of naming it a hotel/resort.

6. Changing the trash plastic bag costs 1 euro? Changing a towel costs 1 euro? This gives a very cheap image about the place. This definitely should be free.

7. The air conditioning and heating system was completely dead. The cottage was sauna during the day and night. Opening the windows and doors is not an option because of the crazy number of flies and mosquitos there.

Een hele mooie omgeving met goede service.
We zouden een muskieten deur op prijs stellen ivm de vele vliegen.

Nous n'avons pas pu passer beaucoup de temps dans l'hotel, nous nous sommes rendu à un mariage,mais tout est très bien nous reviendrons passer un week-end pour pouvoir nous détendre car le cadre est superbe et profiter des multiples installations.

Excellent place for individuals and families. Facilities are amazing including a wood burning stove in the cabins. These are not your ordinary cabins for modern little houses that invite relaxation. People at reception were very helpful and speak several languages. Would certainly stay there again.

Great hotel and location. We used one of the cottages for a visit to the Spa race circuit. Great value for money.
