I'm disapponted with the very rigid reservation system. I'm a Sanofi employee. If I reserve the room from Paris through the official agent, the hotel does not apply the Sanofi rate (i have to respect the company rules. If I book the room through my Frankfurt colleagues (breaking the rules)you applies Sanofi rate...

when we book a non smoker room, I expect to get a non-smoker room. It happened already 2 time that only a smoker-room was proposed whereas we booked a non-smoker room. Arriving late at the hotel, I have no alternative that to accept with all inconveniences for a non-smoker !!

Ich komme gerne ins Hotel. Es sind grosse Zimmer und man fühlt sich wohl. Was ich auch schön finde, dass man ein Wasserkocher sowie Tee oder. Ovo vorfindet.
