Need air conditioning

Dear Mr. B.,

Thank you for taking the time to write a review in regards to your recent stay at Louisa´s Place, Berlin. We regret that you were missing the A/C being in operation and obviously found your room to warm. Last weeks mild April temperatures of only 18° Celsius are currently not yet switching on the installed automatic A/C as our limit is above that. As we also offer the option to open the windows of all rooms on each floor, we kindly ask you for your understanding in our decision and effort for the sake for the environment.

However, we are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your spacious and quite suite with garden view and valued the cleanliness and our service so high.
We shall be happy to welcome you back here with us real soon! Your Louisa´s Place team
