A room credit was provided from 2020.
The hotel management were very professional in keeping their word that I could use that credit anytime.

Ein sehr schönes Ambiente mit Neu und Alt gemischt. Wunderschöne Möbel und nicht nur Glas und Metall.
Bitte unbedingt diesen Stil erhalten. Im Vorhof sollten schöne Blumen stehen. Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Hotel.

We had a great stay in this weirdly exceptional hotel. Our room was fantastic, with big windows overlooking Alhambra. I wish the common spaces, lobby, reception, breakfast room would get a facelift, they seem a bit tired. Staff was really nice and helpful. Very homy feel. Would stay again.
