To były dwie najgorsze noce spędzone w hotelu ever. Klimatyzacja w pokojach to jakiś żart. Temperatura dochodziła do 30 st. C i w żaden sposób nie można jej zmniejszyć. To jest mało wydajny nawiew, a nie klimatyzacja. Nawet po zamianie pokoju na „wyremontowany”, nic to nie zmieniło. Klimatyzacja działa jedynie w hallu w recepcji. W pokojach nie.
Łóżka mają za miękkie materace. Pobudka z bólem kręgosłupa gwarantowana. Do tego jeden z pokojów był brudny. Pod łóżkiem rozsypane były jakieś tabletki, a w łazience była pajęczyna (504). W pokoju 532 brak półki pod prysznicem na szampon i żel do kąpieli. Trzeba stawiać na ziemi i schylać się za każdym razem, gdy się chce namydlić.
Niby świeżo wyremontowany, a brak podstawowych akcesoriów w łazience!
Cztery gwiazdki za ten obiekt to stanowczo za dużo. Słabe trzy to max. Będę oficjalnie reklamował usługę z tytułu rękojmi.

Nasza obsługa dokłada wszelkich starań aby zapewnić komfort gościom. Przepraszając za niedogodności, pragniemy Pana zapewnić, iż czystość oraz stan techniczny każdego pokoju przed udostępnieniem go Gościom są skrupulatnie sprawdzane. Pana uwagi zostały omówione z kadrą zarządzającą obiektem, aby uniknąć ponownie takiej sytuacji. Mamy ogromną nadzieję, że będziemy mieli okazję gościć Pana w przyszłości, a kolejny pobyt będzie w 100% udany!

Velmi působivý hotel s přátelskou obsluhou na všech postech. Krásně čisté pokoje, ve kterých se skvěle spalo. Na to, že je hotel 50m od A6 (asi), tak nebylo slyšet skoro žádný hluk. Prostě perfektní.

Nie wie czy to standard w Państwa hotelu, ze przydzielacie tylko po małym ręczniku / mydelniczka przy umywalce odpadła po ułożeniu na niej mydła
