Niestety, ogólne wrażenia mamy bardzo słabe. W pierwszym pokoju, który dostaliśmy (410) klima w ogóle nie działała, parapet był urwany, śmierdziało kanalizacją w ubikacji a w fotelach można się było nabić na gwoździe (co też, niestety, się stało). Po interwencji przeprowadzono nas do pokoju 424, gdzie było dużo lepiej (pokój po remoncie) ale klima znowu praktycznie nie działała, co skutecznie uprzykrzało pobyt, bo trzeba było w nocy otwierać okna na ościerz, a okolica i parking pod oknami są bardzo głośne, co kończyło się kilkoma nocnymi pobudkami. Na duży plus - działająca przez cały dzień sauna.

Dziękujemy za poświęcenie czasu na podzielenie się z nami swoimi doświadczeniami. Doceniamy Pana opinię i cieszymy się, że podczas pobytu korzystał Pan z naszej sauny. Przepraszamy za wszelkie niedogodności spowodowane przez zmianę pokoju oraz niedziałającą klimatyzację, a także hałas z zewnątrz. Rozumiemy, że miało to negatywny wpływ na Pana pobyt.
Mamy nadzieję, że da nam Pan kolejną szansę, jeśli znajdzie się Pan ponownie w naszej okolicy, abyśmy mogli pokazać poprawę naszych usług. Jeszcze raz dziękujemy za poświęcenie czasu na pozostawienie nam recenzji.
