Priekš 4 zvaigznēm nabadzīgas brokastis. Restorāna telpas neatbilst Restorāna, vajag remontu.

It’s scandalous that I couldn’t get a diner for my parents and myself. I was told that the kitchen was open until 22.00 but was closed at 21.30. So we couldn’t eat.

Pretty good experience overall, but one subtle thing made it just unforgettable for myself and my dad overall, so would really recommend the hotel to the friends and people that want to visit Katowice :)

Broken AC, No support from the stuff. Overpaid vs value.

W naszym hotelu staramy się zapewnić gościom komfortowe i przyjemne wrażenia, a wszystkie opinie traktujemy poważnie. The room was great. The staff was okay. This is a top hotel. Unfortunately I was in room 106 right above the bar where people were talking loudly until 1p30 am. Impossible to sleep before. The hotel is very big so they could have given me a room a couple of floors higher or on the back side of the building. Giving customers a room right above the bar was a big mistake.
