Fatalne wrazenie brudnych firan, brudnej wykładziny, straszna ciemna aranzacja pokoju - pobyt wyjatkowo przygnębiajacy. Cena nieadekwatna do standardu hotelu, a standard **** stanowczo zawyzony . Personel się stara, ale w takim otoczeniu nie ma to znaczenia :-(

Rozumiemy, że tym razem nasz hotel nie spełnił Pani oczekiwań i przepraszamy za spowodowane tym rozczarowanie. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr gut und sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut.

Wrażenie ogólnie pozytywne. Polecam pobyt na krótkie okresy. Uważam że na standard 4 gwiazdkowy powinniście Państwo poprawić jakość obsługi.

Disappointing, terrible. Wouldn't recommend or come back

Rooms are loudy (airco is loud or I don’t know what it is), not very clean and not comfy bed with some wierd plastic matras

Well I had a terrible experience as the room I was put in had a scent of smoke that when I woke up the next morning I had no voice and was developing a fever. The staff made changes to my room only the following morning
